How to use this summer break for Instilling
Hygiene Habits in Children

This article is a call to action for the busy
bees of academic sphere-students, teachers, professors, and administrators.
Let’s steal some time from your frantic schedules to instill healthy hygiene
practices in your children. You often complain that children nowadays don’t
heed the parents. Seize this time to strengthen your bond with
your children.
During summer break, their minds are receptive
and ready to learn. They have time for mindful breathing. Your company will
provide them joy in tranquility. This is an opportunity for caregivers also, be
it mothers or others, to enjoy some interval time. Choose a day when you’re at
home to settle the matter.
Rise early, and prepare not just your child’s
favorite milk mug, but one for yourself too. After all, it’s a day dedicated to
building rapport. Once you’ve finished your drink, now be a role model and show
your child the importance of cleanliness. Pick up your mug, ask your little one
to do the same, and head to the kitchen to wash them together. Don’t shy away
from this task. You’ll be pleasantly surprised to find that at the breakfast
table, your child will likely be the first to pick up their plate and take it
to the kitchen… Amazing!
Maintaining personal hygiene is just as crucial
