Greetings of the day!

We are delighted to launch 'PRAYAS' the Pravartan: An Innovation in Education brochure.

Growth, upliftment, and realization of self-capabilities is our mission. We are always there to support, improve and strengthen the teaching learning process.

We are working for students, teachers, professionals, parents, and communities with you.

India of the 21st century need to talk, open up, and express the teaching learning obstacles, issues and drawbacks. Whether you are an individual or a team, we are available to assist you. The Right to Education Act has strengthen Indian communities by making Education accessible to all. There are diverse opinions regarding the performance of various communities in school teaching and learning. This is influenced by factors such as the lack of educational technology, insufficient student and teacher training, the need for inclusive education that respects individual differences, the implementation of NEP 2020, community and parental involvement, and the integration of education with real-life applications. These are key areas that require attention and improvement.



Here, I am addressing schools, students, and teachers in rural and semi-urban areas. While education is accessible through schools, there is a significant lack of updated teaching methods, techniques, strategies, and knowledge. It is crucial to bridge this gap to enhance the quality of education.

The right approach to outreach and uplift the educational development in such areas is to conduct workshops on soft skills and technical skills, community workshops on educational awareness, girl child education, hygiene, updated teaching and learning materials, social awareness drives, and offering career guidance and counseling for the youth.


Indian government appears to be adequately addressing issues such as teacher training, school infrastructure and implementation of NEP 2020. Being the future of the nation and the recipients of the education system, the focus on the student training program is a forward-thinking and effective approach to education. Our sessions are designed to equip students with not just academic knowledge but also with essential skills and real-world experience that are crucial for their personal and professional development. 


'Prayas' is an effort to outreach such places, survey, and research the educational requirements and find a practical strategy to serve the needs. We connect professionals, established personalities with students and educators of the same area through conducting lectures, presentations, and workshops so that the students can witness and get inspirations, educators can be empowered, and parents and communities can directly be involved in achieving educational goals. By bridging the gap between the latest educational practices and the communities that need them most, we are crafting a future where education is not just a service but a collaborative journey towards excellence.

I faced such a situation while delivering a workshop. I realized, even though I knew my subject well, my explanation faltered in the presence of my father.
